1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order on Threedbazar ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, including the Contract Act 1872, the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009, and the ICT Act 2006.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Bangladesh law to use this Site and place orders. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

3. Products and Pricing

All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable VAT where stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Product images are for illustration only; actual products may vary slightly.
We do not guarantee the continuous availability of any product.

4. Orders and Payment

An order placed on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email or SMS.
We accept bKash, Nagad, debit/credit card via SSLCommerz, and Cash on Delivery (COD) within eligible areas.
COD orders must be paid in full to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
Fraudulent payment attempts will be reported to Bangladesh Bank and law-enforcement authorities.

5. Delivery

We deliver across Bangladesh. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
Shipping charges are displayed before you complete your order.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our returns policy is set out separately on the Returns page. Under the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009 (Bangladesh), you are entitled to a remedy if goods are defective or materially different from their description. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent. Unauthorised use may constitute an offence under the Copyright Act 2000 (Bangladesh).

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any Bangladesh law or regulation.
Post or transmit defamatory, obscene, or offensive content (Digital Security Act 2018, Section 25).
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems (ICT Act 2006, Section 54).
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Bangladesh law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009.

10. VAT and Tax

Prices on the Site include VAT as required by the VAT and Supplementary Duty Act 2012. A VAT invoice will be issued with your order confirmation where applicable. We are registered with the National Board of Revenue (NBR) of Bangladesh.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to our customer service for resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Consumers may also approach the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection (DNCRP) under the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
