7-day return policy

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

How to return

  1. Contact us at support@3dbazar.com.bd with your order code and reason.
  2. We'll confirm your return within 1 business day and share a return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back. Keep your courier receipt.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Non-returnable items

  • Beauty & skincare products (opened or used)
  • Customised or personalised items
  • Items purchased during flash sales or marked "Final sale"

Refund method

Refunds are returned via the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or card). COD orders are refunded to your bKash account.
